Important Warning
We cannot protect or secure any payment arrangements made outside of the oomrah.my platform. If a service provider asks you to pay directly to their bank account, via WhatsApp, or through any other channel outside our system, your payment will NOT be protected.
How Payment Protection Works
You Make a Booking
When you book a package on oomrah.my, your payment is securely held in our protected escrow account. The service provider is notified of your booking but does not receive your money yet.
Services Are Delivered in Parts
Your Umrah package consists of multiple services. As each service is confirmed and delivered, we release the corresponding portion of your payment to the service provider.
Journey Complete
The final portion is released only after you've completed your Umrah journey and confirmed that all services were delivered as promised.
Payment Release Schedule
Your payment is released to the service provider in stages as each milestone is completed:
Visa Processing
Released when visa is approved
Flight Tickets
Released when tickets are issued
Hotel Accommodation
Released upon hotel check-in confirmation
Ground Transport
Airport transfers, Makkah-Madinah bus/train
Ziyarat Tours
Released after tours are completed
Journey Completion
Final release after safe return
What If Something Goes Wrong?

If a service is not delivered as promised, the unreleased portion of your payment is refunded to you.
