What Credits Are Used For
Package Listings
Travel agents spend credits to activate and publish their Umrah packages for customers to view and book.
Mutawwif Profile Listings
Mutawwif guides spend credits to activate their profile and appear in search results for pilgrims.
Customer Request Submissions
Service providers spend credits to submit proposals/quotes when customers post specific travel requests.
How to Get Credits
Credits are currently managed by our admin team. To purchase credits:
- Contact our support team or your account manager
- Complete the payment through our approved channels
- Credits will be added to your account within 24 hours

Booking Payments for Customers
When booking an Umrah package or service, customers have two payment options. Each option has different implications for payment protection and platform fees.
Direct Payment
Pay service provider directly
Warning: If something goes wrong with your booking, OomrahBooking cannot help recover your payment or resolve disputes. You deal directly with the service provider.
Pay Through Platform
Recommended - Full Protection
Protected: Your payment is held in escrow and released according to the service provider's schedule. Refunds available if services are not delivered.
